What is PRISM?
Our PRISM service can monitor your company’s Windows server each day out of hours. PRISM measures disk drive usage, as many individual folder sizes as you require and CPU % usage. PRISM compares these measures against pre-set thresholds and if any of the thresholds are breached we will alert you.
Why is PRISM useful?
PRISM is useful to prevent your critical business server from getting to the stage where it is full of data which brings it to an abrupt halt or an intensive process is hogging the CPU and slowing down user access. Folders can be monitored to make sure that employees aren’t storing huge audio or video files on your business infrastructure. Every month we send you a report.
